E2k3\Cannot run offline defragmentation for jcb.dll problem

1: Copy the JCB.dll file into your system:
========================
A: Go to C:\program files\exchsrvr\bin and rename the original jcb.dll to jcb.old
B: Copy the JCB.dll file from your Exchange 2003 SP2 CD or other place to this Exchange server.
C: Restart the system normally and test the results.(I have also attached this file into this email, you can rename it to jcb.dll and use it as well.)

If the problem still persists, then let us go to next steps.

2: Add the /3gb switch on the Exchange Server:
============================
A: Click Start, right click My Computer and choose properties.
B: Choose Advanced tab and click Settings in Setup and Recovery.
C: Then in its interface, click Edit to modify the boot.ini file.D: In the boot.ini file, add the /3gb and /USERVA=3030 switch.Here is the example:
